2 FULL TIME SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGERS – CHORLEY & BLACKBURN (PERMANENT), Ref: KMSDW
Salary Scale: LGE Scale 32-36 Hrs: FT 36¼ hrs
Two Full Time Managers are required for our growing Mental Health charity services in the Chorley/South Ribble and Blackburn areas, to manage a small team of Support Workers concentrating on service development. We require good all round hands on people with proven experience at supervisory level. Must have good IT skills, attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, be highly motivated and have experience of working with people with Mental Health problems. Some experience of budget management and Health and Safety would be desirable. Ideally these posts would suit anyone with a Dip. Social Work and preferably hold or have held Approved Social Worker status.
SUPPORT WORKERS – CHORLEY & BLACKBURN (PERMANENT), REF: KMSW
Salary Scale: LGE Scale 17-21 Hrs: Full & Part Time
We are also recruiting staff to fill several Support Worker posts due to expansion of our services in the Chorley/South Ribble and Blackburn areas. Applicants must have good IT skills, attention to detail, team working ability and good communication skills. Some experience of working with people with Mental Health problems ideally in a supported housing or day care setting would be an advantage. Applicants must hold or be willing to undertake NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or suitably equivalent qualification, and preferably have a full, clean driving licence.
These posts are subject to satisfactory references and enhanced CRB clearance. Likely interview dates, 10th and 11th September 08. All posts include company pension, sick pay and life cover schemes after qualifying period.
