We provide a range of groups and activities within our service centres and the local community that may enable individuals to enhance recovery, well being & social inclusion whilst meeting personal goals . For an up to date activity plan please see the links below.
In order to become involved with our activities, you would normally be asked to complete a needs assessment and engage with a 1-1 support plan. The activities that we currently offer will compliment your support package, assisting you to increase your independence, learn coping techniques and strategies that may enable you to better manage your mental health, whilst helping you to gain skills and confidence and meet other people.
There are some groups and activities that are run by local community partners, these may be open access or may have a separate referral system. If you wish to find out more of about any of the activities that we facilitate please contact your local branch

Planned forthcoming outdoor events:
In partnership with People of the Dales and Dial-a-Ride
Due to resounding success of the day out to Ingleborough caves on 12th May we are in the process of arranging more of the same for all those who like to get out into the countryside.
Wednesday 20th July is our first date to make note of, we will be going to the Yorkshire dales to learn how to repair and build Dry Stone Walls. This will give you a new experience and helps with the local conservation work, we will be in the hands of skilled craftsmen and you will need to be able to handle heavy rocks.
The next two dates are for country walks in the Yorkshire Dales, you will need to be reasonable physically fit and able to walk for a few hours without any rest. These dates are 27th July and 15th September. These walks have proved very popular and the available spaces are soon taken up, if you are interested in any of these activities please contact Dave at the Wellbeing & Recovery Centre to book your place.
